Mission statement

My intent is to facilitate a person-centred approach to dance lessons allowing all learners to flourish in a friendly, supportive, and positive environment. 

The session focus is on empowering and enriching learners of all ages and abilities by encourage a positive psychology, ethical teaching practices, autonomy, learner contributions, individual goal setting supported by constructive unambiguous feedback. 

I aim to provide a strong emphasis on enjoyment and rewarding effort. A sense of community allows all ages to connect with others aiming to develop a sense of belonging and purpose. This sense of accomplishments allows learners to thrive in the class and beyond.
